A2. Offset carry w/ kb or db’s 50m b/t sets

B. 4-5 sets 

12 wall ball 

Sandbag bear hug carry 30m

1 minute bike @ tough but repeatable effort

*rest 60-90 seconds b/t sets 

*pairs of 2 to share sandbags
