    A1. Farmers walk 100m @ 70#/53#+ per hand 

    A2. 15 Seated DB strict press

    A3. Echo bike 1:30 @ consistent   working pace 

*rest at most 1 minute btw movements 

*pace on bike should be steady WORKING pace

B. 4 sets 

2 minute AMRAP

50 Double unders or 75 single unders 

15 v-ups

AMRAP Wall walks/Power Snatches @ 135#/95# remaining time

rest 1:00 between sets 

*will alternate each set btw WW and PS for 2 sets each 

*choose weight on PS that you can do quick singles
