Tuesday 

A. Take 15 minutes to complete 5 sets of the following

     A1. Power Clean x3 reps 

     A2. Flat DB bench Press @ 30X1 x10 reps

-load first set of PC @ 135#/95# or 70% of !RM then build to a heavy 3 for the day

B. 4 sets for total time

   15 shoulder to overhead @ 115#/75#

    10 barfacing burpees

    10 Power Cleans @ 115#/75#

    50 Double unders or 65 single unders

rest walk exactly 1:00 btw sets

*odd sets start at the top

*even sets start at the bottom
