     1 Power Clean+1 Hang Power Clean+2 shoulder to overhead

-starting load @ 155#/105# or 60% of 1RM Clean and jerk

-build to a heavy complex if form feels good

B. 2 minute AMRAP

15 toes to bar or 18 v-ups 

50 Double unders or 75 single unders 

AMRAP hang power cleans @ 155#/105# 

rest 1:00 then repeat until you complete 50 hang power cleans 

*cap at 4 sets; 4th set is 3 minutes long
