Set 1- Bike erg 24/18 cals or Ski erg 21/16 cals (will alternate each set)
set 2- Run 150m+3-5 sandbag cleans
set 3- 15 DB/kb front squats @ 35#/20#-25#+10 pull-ups
*1:45 time cap each set
*YOU choose run distance that is tough but manageble for 5 sets in that time
