What an exciting day! This is our first workout at our new CFR home!! Keeping tradition going….we have programmed the EXACT SAME workout we did on the VERY first day we opened over 15 years ago! This is the exact same workout I did when I got my very first Level 1 Crossfit certification! Time has flown by! Cheers to new beginnings!!❤️
