We will run 3 heats of “Murph”

There will be no group warmup, you will warmup on your own and be ready to go. Depending on class size, we will have to be courteous of one another with the space on the pullup rig and with the rings. Please share your space if needed, as we are all doing this workout in honor of those that have given their lives for the freedoms we enjoy. 

Please scale this workout appropriately. Ask me, Christian or Ryan if you have  any questions on how to modify this workout to your fitness level to meet the intended stimulus.

7:30,8:30 & 9:30am.
