Group Fitness/Crossfit
This class is approximately 60 minutes in length and is led by a certified coach. The class consists of a warm-up followed by a workout that includes various strength training exercises as well as bodyweight and cardio movements.
Group Fitness/Essentials
This class is approximately 60 minutes in length held three times per week and is led by a certified coach. This class is designed for those who are older, have been out of the exercise world for a while or who have minimal workout experience. In this class, you will focus on movements that are essential to our everyday lives.
Personal Training
This session is led by a certified coach and is 60 minutes in length. These sessions are designed specifically to the individual’s goals and health concerns.
CrossFit Kids
These classes are 30 minutes in length held twice a week and led by a certified coach. Your child will be taught proper movement through a variety of bodyweight, some strength training and cardio exercises.
