*Clean can be power or squat

Essentials 

 A. Every 1:30 x8 sets (4 sets at each)

set 1: 12-15 DB goblet squats + 4-6 strict banded pull-ups 

set 2: Echo bike :30 @ HARD EFFORT

Hang clean and jerks w/barbell 

Hand release push-ups

*complete 60 jump rope after each round
