   A2. Bent over barbell row x12-15 reps 

   A3. Copenhagen side plank 15-20 sec/side 

B. 3 rounds for time

100ft single arm DB overhead walking lunge @ 50#/35#

25 Hand release push-ups

25 toes to bar or v-ups
