CrossFit training with wall ball

Thursday 

Every 2:00 x15 sets (5 sets each alternating)

Set 1: Row 25/20 cals or Bike erg 27/21 cals (will alternate each set)

set 2: 10 burpees+5 shuttle runs 

set 3: 14 alternating DB snatches @ 50#/35#+10-15 CTB pull-ups

*Cap each set @ 1:40
