Echo bike 15/12 cals+ Run 200m

25 Thrusters @ 115#/75#

5 Wall walks+75 double unders or 100 Single unders 

15 barfacing burpees

*One partner will work on the Bike and run and WW and jump at the same time each round

*must wait till both are done with with before moving on
