30 Front squats 

6 rope climbs

Echo bike 16/13 cals+15 barfacing burpees 

40 Front squats  

8 rope climbs 

Echo bike 16/13 cals+15 barfacing burpees 

50 Front squats 

10 rope climbs 

*If you get to 10 RC, stop

*One partner will bike and one will burpee at the same time

*sub 2:1 supine to standing RC for 1 RC
