40 DB bench Press @ 50#/35# per hand 

30 DB front rack walking lunges 

20 DB Power Clean and jerks

*Split reps however

14 minute AMRAP with partner 

Row 15/12 cals 

12 deadlifts @ 225#/155#

9 barfacing burpees 

*alternating partners each movement
