CrossFit training with wall ball

Friday 3/28/25

A. Take 15 minutes to complete 5 sets 

    A1. Farmers walk 50m HEAVY

    A2. Bench Press x6-9 reps

*Start each set with Farmers walk and then go into bench press if able

*adjust weight on bench press to make each set tough until only hitting 6-7 reps 

B. 10 minute time cap

1-2-3-4-5…10-9-8-…1

Sumo deadlift high pulls @ 95#/65#

Box-jump on and over 24″/20″

Essentials

A. 8 min EMOM

   Barbell hang squat clean x1 + x3-4 front-squats

*load barbell on 4-5 on RPE (rate of perceived exertion) scale

B. 3 rounds for time

     Row 300m/250m or Echo bike 13/10 cals 

     10 deadlifts 

     15 push-ups
