Our Essentials CrossFit class is designed for adults who want to train safely and effectively without complex barbell movements. Classes focus on proper mechanics, mobility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Workouts are coach-led, scalable, and intentional–helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life.
Train in a small group setting with personalized coaching and individualized programming. Semi-private training delivers the attention of personal training with the motivation of a group. Each session focuses on proper mechanics, strength, mobility, and conditioning that is tailored to your individual goals and needs for efficient, lasting results.
