Strength- 10 Dynamic Push Ups EMOM for 10 Minutes
Then Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Swings (AHAP)
20 Wall Ball 20/14

10 Minutes Skill work
Then 3 rounds for time:
20 power clean 95/65#
60 double unders

Strength- 20 minutes to establish 1RM Snatch
Then Four sets for max reps of push press against a 2-minute running clock, with 2 minutes of rest between sets:
Run 200 Meters
Push Press (115/75 lbs)
