Then Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Kettlebell Swings (AHAP)

60 double unders

Then Four sets for max reps of push press against a 2-minute running clock, with 2 minutes of rest between sets:
Run 200 Meters
Push Press (115/75 lbs)
